                                    Employee Assistance ProgramIn today's world of hurried lifestyle, managing work-life balance and achieving excellence in all walks of life, becomes a challenge for the employees. Emotional distress, parenting concerns, relationship issues etc. adversely impact careers and performance. The resultant stress not only may cause psychological disorders but sometimes also impact the physical health. As an organisation, managing the team performance and bringing out the best from every individual requires an innovative and proactive approach of holding hands and working cohesively to solve the real-life problems more astutely, as the teams will be as strong as its weakest member is. To support employees' mental well-being, we launched an innovative program during FY' 21-22 and named it as Employee Assistance Program (EAP). To promulgate this program, we engaged with a Global EAP service provider %u201cWORKPLACE OPTIONS%u201d. This program will extend professional assistance to employees and their family members, to address mental, emotional and physical health related issues. This program is available to all our employees across our global operations through local 'Workplace Options' set up.
